Tandoori Nights, offers an appetizing array of India’s regional cuisine, including signature dishes from Bombay and Goa, as well as vegetarian specialties from the south. A delicious complement to the main dishes, the traditional Naan bread, baked in the tandoor oven, is given extra flavour with garlic and fresh butter, spices, dried fruits and more.
Tandoori Nights’ menu offers cuisine in which oils and fats are used sparingly, and features an extensive selection of the restaurant’s namesake specialty—tandoori. Marinated in spices and yogurt, the meat, fish and vegetable dishes are baked in North India’s traditional clay and brick oven— the tandoor.
Patrons can dine on favourites, such as Tandoori Chicken, marinated in yogurt and freshly ground spices, as well as more unusual finds, including Tandoori Fish, featuring a whole, boned pomphret fish— native to the coasts of India, but rarely served in this region.
